Your Area of Responsibility

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of thermoplastic extrusion machines for the production of high-frequency cables
• Equipping the machines and providing materials according to the production order, recipes and work instructions
• Ensuring a smooth production process and initiating necessary process adjustments
• Performing, documenting and evaluating quality checks according to the inspection plan
• Preparing the machines for shift changes and subsequent production orders
• Carrying out autonomous maintenance and cleaning tasks according to specifications
• Active participation in the continuous optimisation of processes, workflows and standards
• Further development and optimisation of the workplace and production according to Lean principles

Your Profile

• Training as a machine operator with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), plastics technologist or other basic mechanical training
• Professional experience in operating production machines, preferably in the extrusion environment
• Technical flair as well as a committed and responsible working style
• High quality awareness and quick comprehension
• Reliable, independent and precise working style
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system and, if necessary, in a four-shift system
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
