The Human Resources Department is looking, to support the Medical Care Management Consulting sector, for a
HR Manager
70 - 100%
Your mission:
- Be the contact person for all HR administrative questions for your population
- Manage personal files from recruitment to employee departure (contract, work permit, follow-up of evaluations, etc.)
- Enter basic contractual and assignment information into the software
- Set salaries and respond to related questions
- Draft various correspondences (e.g.: letter ending salary entitlement, hiring, resignation, extension of probation period, condolences, warnings, etc.)
- Participate in various HR projects
- Inform employees about early retirement
- Perform various delegated administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee
- Certificate as a personnel management assistant or equivalent training is an advantage
- Proficiency in French or German with knowledge of the other language
- Rigour, strong organisational skills

Tasks
- You are the contact person for all HR administration questions of your clients.
- You manage the individual files of employees throughout the entire employment relationship (employment contract, work permit, tracking of employee evaluations, etc.).
- You record the basic information about the employment relationship and the allocation of employees in the corresponding software.
- You determine salaries and answer questions about salary determination.
- You write various correspondence (information about the end of salary entitlement, hiring, termination, extension of probation period, condolence letters, warnings, etc.).
- You participate in various HR projects.
- You provide employees with information on early retirement.
- You carry out various administrative tasks delegated to you.
Profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee
- Personnel assistant with certificate or equivalent training is an advantage
- German or French with knowledge of the other language
