As a successor solution to our existing workshop team in Steffisburg near Thun, we are looking for a technically skilled and committed individual.

You lead a workshop team of mechanics and apprentices and ensure that our workshop operates efficiently, on schedule, and with high quality. You combine technical know-how with leadership skills and ensure a strong, customer-oriented service culture.

• Technical and personnel management of the workshop team including apprentices
• Ensuring smooth workshop operations (quality, deadlines, productivity, safety)
• Customer contact for technical queries
• Optimisation of processes and participation in projects
• Ensuring occupational safety, quality, and manufacturer specifications

• Training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Further education in technical or business management fields is an advantage
• Experience in workshop management or team leadership
• Excellent technical knowledge in diagnostics and repair
• Leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and organisational talent
