Do-it Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Mission

Put your expertise at the service of the Do-it sector
Advise customers professionally, contribute to the store's appeal and ensure impeccable presentation of merchandise in accordance with our internal concepts
Manage the assortment, from product ordering to shelf stocking
Handle requests, complaints and after-sales service
Provide support to other store sectors as needed

You show a keen interest in sales and prioritise customer satisfaction through your sense of welcome and advice
You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma as a retail manager or recognised sales training, along with several years of experience in a similar role
You are proficient in French, both spoken and written, as well as German, and communicate easily with customers and colleagues
You are able to take initiative, are organised, responsible and work well in a team
You are in good physical condition, flexible, enjoy varied work and remain effective even under pressure
