Tasks
- Readiness to work at various kitchen stations
- Preparing, cooking and presenting all dishes
- Independent preparation of the mise en place
- Assisting in menu design and contributing personal ideas
- Compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a chef/cook
- Initial experience in a comparable position in gastronomy/hotellerie
- Good German and English skills. French is an advantage.
- Passion for food and its creative processing
- Enthusiasm for cooking, motivation and commitment
- Manual dexterity, independent and quality-conscious working style
- Flexibility, reliability and resilience
- Calmness and overview even during the busiest times
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Neat appearance and good manners
