What you will achieve
- You support our customer advisors with their administrative tasks on financing, investing, pension provision and basic products.
- You accompany the customer advisors to appointments, assist with the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings, and help organise customer events.
- During holiday absences, you welcome our customers in the customer hall and advise them on basic services as well as our digital applications and ATMs.
- If suitable and interested, we are happy to support your development into a role with your own customer portfolio responsibility.
What you bring
- You have completed basic banking training and preferably have several years of banking experience.
- You maintain a friendly and professional manner with internal and external customers.
- Your qualities include reliability, a high degree of personal responsibility, and precise working methods.
- You are a likeable, communicative person with a confident demeanour who enjoys working independently.
