Your tasks

• Management and organisation of research data and resources
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of study visits with patients
• First point of contact for patients and their relatives during participation in clinical studies
• Communication with sponsors/CROs and the medical study team
• Participation in study meetings
• Assistance with the conduct of monitorings, audits, and inspections

Your profile

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant or health professional, preferably with several years of professional experience
• Enjoyment in contact with study participants
• Excellent organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various teams and departments
• Confident handling of IT systems and electronic study databases is an advantage
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
