Performance Specialist: Claims Assessment at the Service Centre Zurich, 80–100 %
What to expect
- You will process outpatient and inpatient claims in the areas of KVG and VVG.
- You will check and assess claims from a legal and medical perspective.
- You will handle cost approvals.
- You will provide information on claims questions orally or in writing.
- Your contacts include insured persons, doctors, hospitals, therapists, and employees from other CONCORDIA departments.
What you bring
- You have a basic medical education (in a medical practice, pharmacy, or drugstore) combined with commercial training (business school or from the healthcare sector).
- Or a commercial basic education in the insurance industry or hospital sector.
- Do you feel comfortable working independently, efficiently, precisely, and flexibly? That suits you well.
- You have a good grasp of things.
- You appreciate a dynamic, versatile, and service-oriented environment just like we do.
- Your confident German convinces, whether you speak or write.
- Proficient MS Office skills? No problem for you!
