Administrative Secretary (Substitute) 50%
The juvenile prosecution offices conduct criminal investigations against children and adolescents aged 10 to 18, file charges with the juvenile court, and enforce juvenile criminal law judgments and decisions.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an open-minded, thoughtful, uncomplicated, and flexible person as an Administrative Secretary 50% (Substitute). The main place of work is the Juvenile Prosecution Office See/Oberland based in Uster.

Your tasks:
- You are responsible for various general secretarial tasks, such as all kinds of correspondence, triaging incoming mail, telephone service, and reception duties.
- You open new criminal investigations and enforcement procedures and review incoming police files.
- You diligently carry out the IT-supported business control, monitor deadline control, are responsible for sending orders and files, and manage our archive.
- You create digital files and prepare corresponding directories.
- You support the juvenile prosecutors in case processing.
- You provide support to the five regional juvenile prosecution offices on site as needed.
Your profile:
- You have a commercial basic education or have gained many years of valuable experience in a comparable environment.
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are communicative, helpful, and bring a people-oriented, optimistic attitude but can still set boundaries.
- You look forward to working in various interdisciplinary teams.
- You have very good PC user skills (MS Office) and a high IT affinity.
