Your tasks

Coordination and execution of switching operations in cooperation with the regional centres
Managing and resolving faults in the AEW network
Monitoring and controlling the 16 kV network as a control centre operator in the central network control centre
Operating the control system and performing switching operations
Documenting events and maintaining the network diagram
Creating and approving switching orders and emergency plans
Ensuring smooth, safe and efficient network operation
Providing on-call duty

Your profile

Completed basic electrical engineering training with experience in handling electrical installations
Further education at HF level (e.g. electrical engineering, energy or systems engineering) advantageous or master craftsman’s certificate
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of high-voltage installations
Good IT skills and interest in digital control systems
Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
Independent, disciplined and responsible working style
High resilience and clear, precise communication – also in demanding situations
Residence within approximately 30 minutes of Aarau
