Project Manager for Trade Fairs, Events and People (m/f/d) 100%

This is what you will do with us:

• You do not organise the actual trade fair or event, but by organising and planning the right teams of hostesses & hosts, you ensure the smooth operation of the events from A to Z
• You organise and implement people promotions for renowned clients with the most well-known brands from various industries
• You shine thanks to your organised way of working and apply your project management skills daily
• Thanks to your drive, you push your projects forward in implementation every day
• You comprehensively support and advise our clients, communicating proficiently in writing and orally with all your contacts – confidently in DE, ENG and preferably also in FR
• You are a good networker and love the dynamic "people business"
• Thanks to your openness and social affinity, close collaboration and intensive exchange with our hostesses, hosts and promoters during selection processes and deployment planning come easily to you
• You comprehensively support the teams: before, during and after deployment – at large events also on site yourself
• You reliably and precisely complete the "daily todos" and administrative processes of project work at all times due to your organised way of working
  

This is what you bring with you:

• Training/continuing education in event management or similar, as well as at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in the event/catering environment (hospitality/people management or similar) on the client or preferably agency side
• Proven project management skills in planning and implementing projects, including managing large and multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in budget creation and management at project level (including quotations, invoicing)
• Native German speaker with good language skills (oral/written) in English and ideally also in French
• Proficiency in common MS Office programmes (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
• Initiative, proactive, open and solution-oriented personality with lots of dynamism & drive
• Structured and independent working style with the ability and willingness to take responsibility
• Open & communicative team/people player who likes to contribute, take the lead and lend a hand
• High commitment and enjoyment of occasional on-site deployments
