In this exciting role, you take responsibility for all facility services at our location – actively contributing to a modern, safe, and efficient working environment.

Your main tasks:

- You support the Facility Services area, e.g., with access and key systems, building technology, building services, relocations, as well as furnishing and room organization.
- You assist in coordinating various service and work processes and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- You take on simple tasks in cost and budget management and support administrative activities.
- You participate in the planning and execution of events – from small meetings to larger occasions.
- You implement requirements from the Health & Safety area and support the organization of emergency processes.
- You are willing to take on on-call duties to provide flexible support in case of disruptions or emergencies

Your profile:

- Technical know-how as well as commercial experience are mandatory, based on a technical or commercial basic education or corresponding practical experience.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English is a plus.
- IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Flexibility regarding the place of work and willingness to support other locations in the region.
- Additionally, you need a valid category B driving license.
- A customer-oriented, confident appearance and enjoyment in interacting with various stakeholders.
