About the job
The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

For our nursing team at the Gontenschwil location, we are seeking support from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Medical and nursing care of our patients (excluding basic care) on all shifts
- Care of patients as a key contact person according to the internal DBT addiction concept
- Participation in interdisciplinary reports, team meetings, and location discussions
- Possible assumption and leadership of indication groups
- Supervising trainees in practice
- Taking on areas of responsibility within nursing
- Independent material management and handling of ordering on the ward
- Carrying out various administrative tasks in the nursing area
Your profile
- Qualification as a Health Care Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in the addiction field and/or psychiatric specialist area is an advantage
- Flexibility, integrity, composure, and patience are some of your strengths
- You describe yourself as an open, motivated, responsible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you
- Extensive IT skills
- You have a car driving licence including a car (no public transport connection in shift work)
- We expect an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
