Your main responsibilities include
You process customer inquiries and orders via telephone, e-mail, online shop and store and provide competent advice on the entire IMMER range.
- You prepare and track quotations, record customer orders in the ERP system and ensure reliable and timely processing.
- You prepare calculations for non-stock items and customer-specific solutions and clarify technical questions, availability and delivery dates.
- You monitor the order process and ensure a smooth flow of goods and information.
- You handle complaints, returns and credit notes and develop suitable solutions together with our customers.
- You support the field sales team, actively promote the use of the online shop and contribute your expertise to technical questions.
- You work closely with purchasing, logistics, product management and specialist teams and support data maintenance in NAV and the online shop.
- If necessary, you assist in the training of our apprentices.
Your profile
- Completed training as a carpenter or joiner with experience in customer contact
- Sales experience or further training in sales is an advantage
- Experience in timber construction and understanding of the needs and workflows of our customers
- Good affinity for machines, tools and technical products as well as the ability to develop customer-specific solutions
- Enjoyment of customer contact, advice and sales
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Initiative, commitment and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good IT and ERP user skills as well as very good German language skills, both spoken and written
