To strengthen our team in the area of project portfolio & innovation, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

• You are passionate about complex and interdisciplinary projects and love shaping project results together with the interdisciplinary project team
• You independently take on the management of various interdisciplinary projects with a focus on digitization projects
• Enjoy diving into content-related questions and preparing them, for example in the form of decision papers / concepts
• You are happy when you can combine your expertise in project management with substantive involvement in business analysis and testing
• Leadership and representation of the project across different hierarchical levels (both operational and at management/executive level)
• Classic project management (scope management, planning including capacity planning, risk management, budgeting and control)
• Participation in the continuous improvement of project methodology and its anchoring in the PDAG (if interested)
• Coaching of less experienced project managers (if interested)

• You already have initial experience in IT/digitization projects and see the role of project management as your next career step?
• You already have project management experience and are looking for a new challenge where you can also develop personally?

• The versatility of the tasks requires analytical and conceptual thinking, a basic understanding of digitization projects, independent work as well as joy and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration. Excellent and target group-oriented communication skills complete your profile
• For this versatile and challenging position, you have 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally already in the role of project management
• Your profile is rounded off by a bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration, project management, computer science) or equivalent competence gained through professional experience
• We expect a flexible and resilient personality who ideally also wants to develop personally within the scope of the position
