In this position, you take responsibility for your own portfolio and work closely with a regionally anchored clientele. Type of Work
- Independent management of client mandates
- Managing client accounting
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
- Review tasks
- Payroll accounting including payroll administration
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of complex tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Direct advice and support for SMEs and private clients
- Consulting on general trust matters and support in legal issues
- Participation in audit mandates
- Collaboration on internal and external special projects
- Support with start-ups, restructurings and other trust topics
- Participation in the further development of internal processes
Requirements Profile
- Commercial basic training supplemented by specialised further education in the trust or finance sector (professional certificate or in training)
- Several years of professional experience in trust services and mandate management
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and advisory-related activities
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Confident German, English skills advantageous
- Team-oriented, open and reliable personality
