Internship in Work Education (80-100%, limited to 6 months)
Your future tasks:
- Co-responsibility for accompanying a group of people with support needs
- Implementation of goal- and quality-oriented support work
- Training-related tasks according to individual objectives
- Specialist tasks: setting up workplaces, creating aids, planning workflows, ensuring quality, active participation in production
Our ideal candidate:
- You are interested in gaining insight into work education
- You are doing a pre-internship for training in social work
- You have an interest in working with people with support needs in an institutional environment
- You have vocational training as a carpenter/joiner or carpenter/cabinetmaker and ideally professional experience in the educational field
- High personal responsibility and independence
