Specialist in GIS Pipeline Documentation (m/f/d) 100%
Your responsibilities:
- Documentation of all gas and water supply lines in the geographic information system (GIS)
- Collection and maintenance of data for the distribution networks
- Responsibility for creating the utility plans, as well as special overview and detail plans
- First point of contact for GIS specialist area gas/water
- Actively contributing to maintaining a secure energy and water supply for the city of St. Gallen
Your qualifications:
- Basic training as a technical draftsman, geomatics engineer, civil engineering draftsman, or a similar technical qualification
- Experience in documenting water, gas, or district heating pipelines or equivalent knowledge
- Solid experience with GIS/NIS, CAD knowledge is an advantage
- Independence, precise and efficient working style, as well as solution-oriented thinking and action
- Responsible personality with high self-initiative
