Specialist in GIS Pipeline Documentation (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsibilities:

• Documentation of all gas and water supply lines in the geographic information system (GIS)
• Collection and maintenance of data for the distribution networks
• Responsibility for creating the utility plans, as well as special overview and detail plans
• First point of contact for GIS specialist area gas/water
• Actively contributing to maintaining a secure energy and water supply for the city of St. Gallen

Your qualifications:

• Basic training as a technical draftsman, geomatics engineer, civil engineering draftsman, or a similar technical qualification
• Experience in documenting water, gas, or district heating pipelines or equivalent knowledge
• Solid experience with GIS/NIS, CAD knowledge is an advantage
• Independence, precise and efficient working style, as well as solution-oriented thinking and action
• Responsible personality with high self-initiative
