Your Tasks
- Processing and checking credit proposals for new business, extensions and changes (mortgages, loans, guarantees)
- Preparation and checking of contract documents for all financing transactions
- Independent handling of the deed of pledge in cooperation with authorities and notaries
- Processing of all financing transactions including data entry and posting
- Monitoring and management of credit-relevant pending matters and deadlines
- Periodic preparation of statistics and reports
- Exchange with customer advisors and specialists in complex cases
- Processing and ensuring services with third-party providers
- Training of apprentices, interns and new employees
- Active participation in projects and involvement in the further development of internal processes
Our Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in processing mortgages, loans and guarantees
- Completed banking professional training
- Knowledge of Finnova and Terravis is an advantage
- Strong service and solution orientation
- Independent, committed and reliable working style
- Team spirit, flexibility and openness to change
