Kitchen Republic unites various food concepts from the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family. With just one order, guests can select their favourite dishes online from different restaurants. In the vibrant Steinfels area in Zürich-West, the team not only takes care of guests on site but also handles take-away and delivery orders from the food brands Negishi Urban Sushi, Nooch Asian Kitchen, Poke Nation, The Dumpling Brothers, Angry Chicken and The Butcher.

Your versatile tasks:
You independently conjure up delicious dishes in the hot and cold kitchen – like a true kitchen professional 🔥
The dishes on our menu? You make them with love and perfection 🥗
Freshness and quality are paramount to you – you ensure everything is in top condition 🥬
General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽
Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is perfect 📋✨
Your talents & experience:
You have completed training as a certified cook EFZ – or you are simply a natural talent at the stove? 🍳
You are familiar with various stations and are a true all-rounder in the kitchen 🍴
Your demeanour? Always friendly, professional and service-oriented – the guests love you
Quality is non-negotiable for you, and you take responsibility with pride 💼
Do you already have experience in system gastronomy? Perfect – this makes the start even easier 📋
