About the job
The city of Illnau-Effretikon – located between Winterthur and Zurich – offers attractive conditions for around 18,000 inhabitants with rural and urban areas, hamlets, centres, and the historic village of Kyburg. We train around 25 apprentices in various fields of activity and prepare them for their entry into professional life. We are offering a
- you will be deployed at various school facilities and kindergartens and get to know varied tasks
- you ensure that public buildings and facilities remain clean, well-maintained, and functional through your efforts
- you learn everything important about maintenance, cleaning, green space care, building services, occupational safety, environmental protection, and waste management – accompanied by experienced trainers
- you will experience three varied and practical apprenticeship years
- have good to very good grades in the respective core subjects (Secondary B).
- enjoy hands-on work and have an interest in practical tasks.
- possess manual skills and enjoy working in a team.
- are reliable, independent, and responsible.
- are in good physical condition and enjoy working outdoors in all weather.
