Apprenticeship Specialist in Building Maintenance EFZ Homes Uster 100%

Your main tasks

As a specialist in building maintenance, you work in our technical service. You keep our buildings in good condition and ensure that our residents feel comfortable with us. You monitor and regulate building technology systems such as heating and fire alarm systems, intervene in case of malfunctions, and independently carry out minor repairs.

Garden, painting, and general cleaning work are also part of your tasks, as well as waste management. In winter, you help with snow removal.

To complete your training, you also complete an external internship.
