Job Description
As deputy restaurant manager, you share responsibility with the management for the operational implementation of contractual requirements and company objectives. You analyse existing processes, optimise workflows and continuously develop them further. You actively contribute your ideas and help shape changes.
You are responsible for preparing and monitoring the budget and initiate targeted corrective measures if necessary. You use the available IT tools and systems efficiently to control processes and monitor results. In addition, you take charge of the entire F&B area and develop innovative and attractive offer concepts together with your team.
An important part of your role is maintaining a partnership relationship with the client. You regularly communicate, conduct review meetings and ensure that shared goals are achieved.
You are also present in the guest area and create a positive experience with your host personality. You handle complaints professionally and solution-oriented and use guest feedback to continuously improve quality. You also ensure compliance with the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP.
As a leader, you are responsible for your team – from recruitment and scheduling to individual staff development. You organise regular team meetings and ensure open and transparent information flow.
Business management aspects are also part of your responsibilities. You prepare profit and loss accounts, monthly reports and management summaries, always keeping the key figures in view.
Profile soughtYou have completed vocational training, several years of experience in gastronomy and ideally further training at a hotel management school, G3 or a comparable qualification, bring leadership experience and enjoy developing employees, and convince with your communication skills, service orientation as well as a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style.
