Polymechanic - Junior Sales Manager Field Service - great permanent position

• You support the development and maintenance of our existing customer portfolio
• You visit customers on site or advise them at our location
• You learn to understand technical requirements and develop suitable solutions in the field of plastic packaging (thermoforming & rotomolding)
• You prepare offers and accompany projects up to series production
• You gradually take on responsibility in new customer acquisition
• You work closely with our internal sales and development teams

• Basic technical training (e.g., polymechanic, plastics technologist or similar) or comparable background
• Initial experience with sales, customer contact, or project work is an advantage – but not a must
• Motivation to start in field sales and develop further in sales
• Communicative, open personality with enjoyment of customer contact
• Structured and independent working style
• Good German skills, English is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
