Skills
- Completed Restaurantfachmann/-frau EFZ and training course required.
- Experience in training learners and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong service orientation and excellent German skills (B2+).

About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

- You accompany and support people with different needs in everyday restaurant operations.

- You take on administrative tasks.

- Because you have a qualification as a Restaurant Specialist EFZ.
- Because you have completed the trainer course and have experience in training apprentices.
- Because you have a background in work pedagogy and enjoy working with people with disabilities.
- Because you are an open personality and convince with your strong service orientation.
- Because you have very good German skills at least at level B2.
