Your Tasks
- You check and assess technical connection applications (TAG), clarify missing information and ensure complete processing
- You independently organise and prioritise incoming connection applications and reliably keep track of deadlines and open tasks
- For efficient processing, you coordinate closely with internal specialist departments and external specialist partners
- You competently and solution-orientedly advise our customers on connection options, processing status and further procedures
- You communicate technical assessments as well as their economic and temporal impacts clearly and appropriately for the target audience
- You find suitable solutions even for demanding customer concerns and involve the relevant specialist departments in good time for complex issues
- With your ideas, you actively contribute to the further development and digitalisation of our network connection processes
Your Profile
- You have a basic electrical engineering education and ideally further relevant training, for example at the level of professional examination or technician HF; alternatively, you have a FH degree or comparable professional experience
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering and an understanding of network connection processes as well as their economic and regulatory contexts characterise you
- You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and have very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Your working method is structured and independent. Even with several parallel cases, you keep an overview and set the right priorities
- You bring a strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident and convincing manner
- You enjoy working in a team, appreciate collaborative and agile working methods and are open to using new digital tools
- Even in demanding situations, you remain solution-oriented and are committed with enthusiasm to the further development of our power grid
