The SCHAFFHAUSEN SPECIAL SCHOOLS are an independent public-law institution of the Canton of Schaffhausen. More than 450 children and adolescents with physical and/or cognitive impairments, with speech, hearing, or other profound developmental impairments are currently being educated and supported integratively in the regular schools of the canton or separately at three locations in the city of Schaffhausen. In addition to various therapy offerings, we run a supplementary school area with lunch, daily structure, and boarding. Over 500 employees are engaged in various functions at the SCHAFFHAUSEN SPECIAL SCHOOLS. We are looking for interns for the Granatenbaumgut school starting August 1, 2025. Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the promotion, support, and care of children and adolescents in the classroom and in the context of supplementary care
  • Recognizing and strengthening the personal resources (interests, competencies, etc.) of the students in relationship work
  • Accompanying students in training and learning transferable skills and action patterns, promoting independence, self-efficacy,
