As a family business with around 30 years of experience, we have specialised over the years in the production of parts up to 835mm in all common materials while adhering to the highest quality standards.
To relieve our production, we are looking for
Polymechanic specialising in Precision Mechanics (100%)
Challenge
- Coordinate, set up, operate and monitor CNC long-turning machines (Hanwha and Star) according to production order / production planning.
- Manufacture of individual parts and series in the field of measurement and sensor technology as well as medical technology with the highest requirements
- Independent and responsible quality control (first piece, SPC and sampling according to AQL)
- Maintenance and minor upkeep work on the assigned machine park
- Prepare, grind and regrind tools
Profile
- Several years of professional experience as a polymechanic in the turning sector up to 820mm
- Independent, experienced worker with good integration into the existing team
- Precise and reliable working method
- Punctuality
- Initiative in achieving targets
- Programming knowledge for Fanuc control advantageous (ISO programming mandatory)
