At the Health House, just a few steps from Bienne station, we are creating a place where children and their families are at the heart of our concerns and where they feel safe, understood and well supported.
With MEDIN Kids, a new outpatient centre dedicated to child and adolescent health is being established at the Health House in Bienne. It offers a wide range of specialised consultations. Various medical and therapeutic disciplines work closely together and pool their expertise to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for children and adolescents under one roof. The offer includes developmental paediatrics, psychology, paediatric physiotherapy and paediatric occupational therapy.
Interprofessional collaboration promotes direct exchanges, coordinates therapeutic concepts and ensures comprehensive care, firmly oriented towards the needs of children, adolescents and their families.
As a member of our team, you will take responsibility for your patients and actively participate in the creation and development of this forward-looking paediatric outpatient centre.
To strengthen our medical team, we are looking for, from 1 April 2027 or by agreement, a
Child and Adolescent Psychologist 50–100 %
Your tasks – our position
- Assessment and care of children and adolescents presenting various psychological issues
- Psychological support for children, adolescents and their families
- Assessment of complex issues related to development, emotional and psychosocial aspects
- Close and interdisciplinary collaboration with various paediatric fields, especially developmental paediatrics, as well as with psychologists and other therapeutic professionals
- Collaboration with schools, early intervention services, authorities and other external partners
- Active participation in the development of an interdisciplinary consultation dedicated to early childhood regulation disorders, pain disorders and adolescent medicine
Your skills – our expectations
- University degree in psychology as well as additional training or professional experience in child and adolescent psychology
- Postgraduate training in psychotherapy in progress or completed, an advantage
- Authorisation to practise or conditions required for obtaining it, depending on the role
- Strong interest in an interdisciplinary, holistic and family-centred approach
- Excellent social skills and a caring and respectful attitude towards children, adolescents, families and colleagues
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and structured working method
- Motivation to actively participate in the development of a new outpatient centre for children
- Fluency in German and French, both spoken and written; both languages are required for this position
