Billing Clerk (m/f/d) 100%
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for ensuring that the monthly customer invoices for the services of our outpatient care are created correctly and on time. You ensure error-free billing and pay attention to all relevant details.
- Pending items, supplementary invoices, and error logs are part of your responsibilities. You check the recorded services for accuracy and ensure that all data is complete and correctly recorded.
- You manage the master data in our billing system and ensure that the revenues are correctly posted in the ERP system.
- You actively contribute to the optimization and further development of our administrative processes and systems. Your goal is to make workflows more efficient and clearer.
- As an important contact person for all questions regarding revenue billing, you maintain close contact with our locations. You also take on various administrative tasks and handle general correspondence by email, letter, and phone.
What You Bring
- You have completed commercial training and/or have experience in billing, ideally in an SME environment or in the healthcare sector, such as in home care.
- You are proficient with MS Office and ideally familiar with Perigon and Microsoft Business Central.
- You are an independent and communicative personality who enjoys working autonomously. You feel comfortable both with routine tasks and with the challenge of further developing existing processes.
- Reliability and accuracy are a matter of course for you. You continuously question existing workflows and have a high quality standard for your work.
- You speak fluent German and ideally also have good French skills.
