Specialist in Process Management and Digitalisation Agogics 40 - 60 %
To sensibly connect agogics, process management and digitalisation and to develop practical digital solutions, we are immediately seeking a specialist for the Central Services department
Tasks
The focus is on the further development of client documentation as well as efficient, user-friendly and barrier-free processes. This involves:
- Rebuilding and future development of the client documentation system together with the Agogics specialist unit, ICT and external partners
- Analysis and optimisation of agogic work and documentation processes
- Management and support of digitalisation projects and change processes
- Training and support of employees and staff in digital applications
Requirements
- Training at the level of professional examination or higher vocational education in the field of work or social pedagogy
- Experience in process management, digitalisation and/or project work•Several years of experience working with people with disabilities
- High IT affinity, social competence as well as a structured and independent way of working
