As a global innovator, the enespa group develops, builds and operates economical and sustainable technologies and systems for the circular economy. The core competence lies in plant engineering and the associated industrial services. Using pioneering technologies and an in-house research and development laboratory, plant solutions are designed in-house for the chemical recycling of mixed plastic waste, for oil refining and for tyre pyrolysis. enespa ag operates companies in Switzerland, Germany and the USA and employs around 70 people. We are looking for an experienced individual for the area of Investor Relations, Capital Raising and Corporate Financing. The focus is on actively acquiring new investors and financing partners as well as building long-term relationships with capital providers.

How you will support us:

• Active acquisition and support of banks, institutional investors, family offices and other financing partners
• Building and maintaining a qualified network of banks, lenders and investors
• Independently managing the entire process from initial contact to closing
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with banks, leasing companies, funding institutions and other financing partners
• Structuring, negotiating and supporting equity, debt and project financing
• Preparation of pitch decks, financing documents and investment cases
• Coordination and provision of relevant company, financial, legal and due diligence documents
• Support in contract and condition negotiations
• Support of existing investors and participation in professional investor communication

What you bring:

• Completed studies in finance, banking, business administration, economics or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, banking or comparable areas
• Proven success in acquiring and closing equity, debt or project financing
• An existing network to banks, family offices, institutional investors or other capital providers is an advantage
• Sound understanding of corporate finance, balance sheets, cash flow and capital structures
• Several years of experience in structuring and supporting equity, debt and project financing
• Experience in preparing and conducting professional due diligence processes
• Confident handling of the structuring and preparation of financing and investor documents
• Confident appearance towards investors, banks, entrepreneurs and decision-makers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
