⚒️ The following tools you bring with you: 

• Training or studies in property management, construction, or facility management, ideally with professional experience in the public sector
• Experience in managing construction projects
• Structured, independent, and flexible working style
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally also specialised software such as Garaio REM, CMI)
• Communicative and solution-oriented personality with negotiation skills, reliability, and a strong service orientation
