Polymechanic – Assembly Long-Term Employment!
Activities
- Independent assembly of scrubber-dryer machines and their components
- In-house commissioning and quality inspection
- Continuous optimization of the assembly process
- Willingness to support other assembly teams if needed
- Contributions to continuous improvement (CIP) in assembly and interfaces
- Assistance with the annual inventory
Requirements
- Basic technical training
- Solid technical understanding and experience in assembly
- Independent, quality-conscious, and efficient working style
- Proactive work approach and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, team player, flexibility, and resilience
- Active communication in German (at least B2 level)
- Solid IT application skills
- Good physical fitness
