Your tasks during the apprenticeship

• Professional service according to the applicable service guidelines and the training objectives
• Welcoming, advising, and taking care of guests
• Communication / small talk with the guest
• Competently fulfilling the role of service staff
• Practical training in the three areas of ZURZACH Care: dining room, Café Santé, and room service

Your profile

• Motivation: enjoying contact with guests as well as high service commitment and team spirit
• Personality: You are resilient, creative, and an organizational talent. In addition, you have good manners.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work irregular hours
• School qualification: Completed compulsory schooling with good grades
