What tasks await you?
- Sparring partner for strategic financial issues as well as preparation of ad-hoc analyses and decision-making bases
- Responsibility for reporting to the CFO, management and board of trustees including further development of KPI dashboards and early warning systems
- Preparation of forecasts, scenarios, analyses, budgets and multi-year plans (3–5 years) to steer the organisation
- Analysis of financial risks and assessment of impacts on goals, projects and investments
- Development of financial models, business cases and simulations (e.g. ROI, capital requirements)
- Translation of complex financial data into understandable and decision-relevant information
- Responsibility for treasury topics including liquidity planning, financial investments and risk monitoring
- Ensuring transparency, consistency and quality in financial planning and reporting
- Responsibility and implementation of special projects
What profile do you bring?
- Solid training in finance and accounting with appropriate further education (e.g. controlling, finance)
- Several years of experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on strategic financial management
- Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, foundation law and relevant legislation
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good understanding of interrelationships
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting and scenario analyses
- Ability to prepare complex content appropriately for the audience (CFO, management, board of trustees)
- Structured and forward-looking way of working
- High personal responsibility, reliability, resilience, flexibility and proactivity
- Strong communication skills and a convincing manner
- Change and ownership mindset as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Affinity for digital tools and reporting systems (especially Abacus)
