We are seeking a committed, service-oriented and humorous individual to strengthen the small Technical Service team in the Building Technology department. With your organisational talent, technical understanding and passion for optimal service, you contribute to ensuring that people can work and recover every day in a consistently well-maintained environment.

This is what your working day with us looks like

• You contribute daily to keeping rooms, infrastructure and buildings in optimal condition
• You are responsible for maintenance and repair work in the HVAC areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations
• You install, repair, procure and replace components such as sanitary fittings, fixtures or fittings
• You monitor and optimise the operation of building services systems via the MRSL system (PRIVA) with regard to energy efficiency, sustainability and operating costs
• You ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure across the entire clinic site and intervene in technical faults as well as fire alarms
• You take on weekend on-call duties with team support (reachable by phone, on site in emergencies)
• You share your expertise and support the trainer in the education of our apprentices (building services specialists EFZ)

What you bring with you

• A vocational training in a craft profession
• Further training or experience in building technology is an advantage
• Solid technical understanding as well as basic construction knowledge
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and appreciate direct contact with other people
• Solution-oriented, independent working style as well as personal responsibility
• Good PC user skills (Office 365) and quick familiarisation with technical systems
