Tasks
- Aktive Mitwirkung an der Planung und Realisierung von Dock A.
- Verantwortung für Ausschreibungen und lokale Bauleitung übernehmen.
- Kontrolle des Baufortschritts und frühzeitige Identifikation von Terminabweichungen.
Skills
- Ausbildung als Bauleiter:in oder Architekt:in sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung.
- Gute Kommunikationskompetenzen in Wort und Schrift.
- Selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit IT-Kenntnissen.

Job description:
As part of the planning consortium consisting of BIG and IB, you will actively participate in the planning and realisation of the complex new build Dock A at Zurich Airport – a unique major project running over a decade that requires individual and innovative solutions.
In this demanding all-round role, you will be responsible for the tenders in your sub-project and take on tasks in local construction management. You will monitor construction progress, identify schedule deviations early and initiate appropriate measures together with the project participants. Participation in construction meetings and quality assurance on site as well as monitoring costs, services and claims complete your varied range of tasks.
What we expect from you:
Training and experience as a construction manager, building technician or architect
Several years of construction management experience in building construction in Switzerland
Enjoyment of work and willingness to perform above average
Good communication skills in spoken and written form
Independent, careful and proactive working style with an eye for the essentials
Very good IT skills with industry-standard tools
Good German and English skills
