Your mission

• Check heating, plumbing and HVAC plans to ensure correct recording of properties
• Develop and evaluate measurement and billing concepts
• Ensure correct data entry and high data quality to guarantee error-free invoices
• Develop and evaluate complex metering and allocation concepts for buildings
• Verify the plausibility of readings and consumption data
• Check technical data and ensure invoice quality before sending to customers
• Analyse and correct errors in invoices and technical data
• Support the development of billing processes and the implementation of quality standards
• Harmonise procedures and standards between our German-speaking and French-speaking Swiss sites
• Train and support teams on technical matters

Your qualifications

• Training as a sanitary planner, heating planner or building technology (HVAC) planner or equivalent technical training
• Further education at technician ES / federal diploma / HES engineer level is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in building technology
• Very good knowledge of heating, sanitary and measurement systems
• Interest in energy, water and charge billing
• Experience in analysing complex situations and process optimisation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP skills are an advantage
• Strong affinity for data analysis and understanding interactions between systems
• Fluent German and French, both spoken and written
• Analytical personality, structured and quality-oriented, with strong autonomy and good assertiveness
