Job Description
- As a leader, you are present, work actively in the operational day-to-day business and take on manager-on-duty duties on weekends and public holidays
- You lead and develop the employees in Front Office and Reservations both professionally and disciplinarily
- The external companies; Housekeeping, Night Duty and Facility Management are actively managed and accompanied by you
- You ensure compliance with our Accor quality standards and drive their continuous development forward
- Optimisation potentials are identified, analysed and sustainably implemented through targeted measures
- Reports and statistics are analysed, interpreted and translated into concrete recommendations for action by you
- The monitoring and implementation of the rate strategy is carried out in close cooperation with Revenue Management
- You plan and organise regular training sessions and team meetings for the development of your teams
- The creation of economical duty rosters as well as the control of working hours taking into account legal requirements and operational needs are your responsibility
- Together with the Human Resources Manager, you attract new talents for your teams and accompany the entire recruitment process
- You keep personnel, goods and operating costs under constant control and manage them economically
Qualifications
- You have at least three years of leadership experience in a Rooms Division position
- Fluent German and English skills enable you to communicate professionally at all levels
- Sound knowledge in the areas of Front Office, Reservations and revenue-oriented processes distinguish you
- Experience within the Accor group which facilitates your entry into our standards and systems
- Guest orientation, quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking are among your strengths
- You take responsibility, make decisions with foresight and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as pronounced organisational skills complete your profile
- As a motivating leader, you know how to inspire teams, develop them and achieve success together
