We mainly carry out customer-specific orders and are a young, motivated team. We work with flat hierarchies and a flexible organization. Our development and design create new solutions for our customers, and we demonstrate our capabilities to customers in our two test laboratories. In our workshop, we manufacture parts for our own products. In assembly, these components are assembled and tested into finished machines and systems. Our automation builds control cabinets and programs the systems. Afterwards, commissioning takes place at our customers worldwide.

Export/Import Clerk (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your main tasks:

• Organization and processing of import and export orders
• Preparation of export and customs documents (including invoices and shipping papers)
• Close cooperation with freight forwarders and internal departments
• Customs-related clarifications with authorities, customers, and freight forwarders
• Assistance in HR and accounts payable
• Supervision of commercial apprentices
• Responsibility for the reception area and management of the telephone switchboard

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an export/import clerk or foreign trade specialist
• Experience in export business, ideally in the industrial sector
• Good customs knowledge
• Good IT skills (MS Office and ERP system)
• Solid language skills in German and English
• Careful and structured working method with high reliability
• Team-oriented and friendly personality
