Employee Scanning Centre
Office for Industry, Trade and Labour | 80–100 % | Chur
The Office for Industry, Trade and Labour (KIGA) currently employs around 135 staff in six regions in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to public employment services (RAV), we organise labour market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. Furthermore, we carry out various tasks in the areas of labour market and occupational safety.
We are looking for an employee for the Administration Department scanning centre from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement (80–100 %).
Your area of responsibility
- Recording incoming mail
- Preparing documents for scanning
- Checking the quality of scanned documents
- Indexing scanned files
- Archiving
- Processing applications for insurance periods (PD U1)
- General administrative tasks (telephone service, email processing, etc.)
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Independent working style, resilience and composure even in challenging situations
- Team spirit, flexibility and discretion
- Good oral and written German skills as well as good Italian skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office usage
