Your tasks

• Responsibility for building, maintaining, and prioritising the backlogs.
• Translating professional requirements into clear user stories including acceptance criteria.
• Close collaboration with development, UX, PM, and PL in an agile environment.
• Ensuring a clear and complete requirements description before sprint start.
• Accompanying the implementation during the sprint and approving the results.
• Structured documentation of requirements and changes.
• Supporting traceability of requirements.

Your profile

• Experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable role.
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or similar.
• Experience in an agile development environment (SaFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to analyse complex requirements in a structured way and prepare them understandably.
• Excellent communication skills between the specialist department and development.
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style.
• Prioritisation competence and ability to reach decisions with stakeholders.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally French or English skills.
