Your tasks
- Responsibility for building, maintaining, and prioritising the backlogs.
- Translating professional requirements into clear user stories including acceptance criteria.
- Close collaboration with development, UX, PM, and PL in an agile environment.
- Ensuring a clear and complete requirements description before sprint start.
- Accompanying the implementation during the sprint and approving the results.
- Structured documentation of requirements and changes.
- Supporting traceability of requirements.
Your profile
- Experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable role.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or similar.
- Experience in an agile development environment (SaFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to analyse complex requirements in a structured way and prepare them understandably.
- Excellent communication skills between the specialist department and development.
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style.
- Prioritisation competence and ability to reach decisions with stakeholders.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally French or English skills.
