To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible, committed and motivated individual as Finance & Accounting Specialist 40–60% (m/f/d) / CFO Assistant.

Your tasks

• You manage the financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting.
• You prepare VAT returns and support the closing processes.
• You handle the monthly invoicing as well as the posting of incoming payments.
• You record accounts payable documents, reconcile construction and financial accounting and prepare payment runs.
• You support payroll accounting including social security notifications and year-end processing.
• You maintain master data in Abacus and take on administrative tasks in the finance area.
• Depending on your qualifications and experience, you take on additional specialist topics, for example in the areas of taxes, valuations or special investigations.

Your profile

• You have a commercial education, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting.
• You bring experience in financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable and/or payroll accounting.
• You work independently, precisely and in a structured manner.
• You have good knowledge of Abacus; knowledge of Messerli is an advantage.
• You are a communicative, reliable and team-oriented personality.
