Your role as Marketing and Partner Manager

With our business software, we want to conquer Switzerland and the neighbouring countries. You work in our Marketing and Ecosystems team. Your area of responsibility is very diverse and responsible. You lead many projects and work on all marketing activities such as corporate identity (CI/CD), websites, social media, online and offline advertising, events, newsletters, media communication, blogs, etc. You do all this in close collaboration with our advertising agencies. Using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI, you monitor the success of campaigns and individual marketing measures.

As a marketing talent, you are interested in topics such as marketing automation, customer journey, and market development strategies – with your own ideas and concepts, you take our marketing to the next level. You have high standards for creations and designs, which you produce with our advertising agencies. Your writing skills are top-notch, so ChatGPT and similar tools are only needed for support.

An equally important part of your role is partner management. You initiate new partnerships with sales partners, software manufacturers, industry associations, and consultants. You maintain contact with these partners and also support them in professional matters. Over time, you become quite familiar with our business platform, so you are also the right contact person for technical questions from our partners. For meetings and exchanges with our partners as well as for events, you are occasionally out of the office.

You manage all your tasks, projects, and activities via our modern cloud business platform Exxas.

What you bring

• You have several years of marketing experience and want to ensure an impressive market presence for our company and products
• You are a well-organised marketing talent and can efficiently manage the many tasks with our advertising agencies
• You are familiar with the media landscape and online marketing (SEA/SEO)
• You are a good copywriter. You enjoy engaging with technology and business software and write journalistic and promotional texts about them.
• You are a true organisational talent for events and trade fair appearances with creative ideas. Deadlines and delivery pressure do not faze you.
• You have already worked with marketing apps such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Google Analytics and Ads, Wordpress (CMS), or Mailchimp (newsletter). Editing images or cutting a simple video? You enjoy it and consider it part of the job.
• You are a communicative and reliable personality with high commitment. You can confidently interact with our partners at C-level, actively support them but also challenge them.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
