Your role

You want to contribute your expertise in construction planning and actively shape demanding architectural projects? As a Technician HF Construction Planning Architecture, you work on diverse projects and accompany them from tendering to execution. You create precise plans, coordinate implementation on site and also take on leadership responsibility for assigned employees in the project. In doing so, you work closely with architects, site managers and other specialist planners.

For this position, you choose the location of your workplace yourself: Chur, Samedan or Zurich.

Your tasks

• Independent processing of tender and execution plans
  
• Leadership of assigned employees in the project
• Creation and control of work and detail plans
• Coordination with specialist planners and contractors during execution
• Site visits for condition surveys and inspections
• Participation in cost estimates and measurements

Your profile

• Certified Technician HF Construction Planning Architecture
• Several years of professional experience
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Good communication skills, social competence and cost awareness
• Teamwork, leadership qualities and structured working method
• Confident MS Office and ArchiCad skills as well as good German language skills, spoken and written
