For our emerging business area, we are looking for a specialist for our inpatient specialist management (VVG), who on the one hand understands how to place customer needs at the centre, but on the other hand does not lose sight of the economic consequences. What awaits you You independently review and process cost approval requests in the VVG area for inpatient treatments and initiate medical clarifications in close cooperation with our insured persons, service providers and our consulting doctors in a targeted and well-founded manner. You check and process invoices for medical treatments in the VVG additional services area. You process incoming foreign invoices including claims and ensure correct and timely benefit processing. You competently assist our insured persons and other stakeholders by telephone and in writing in German, Italian, French and English. You act as a professional contact person for our sales department as well as for internal specialist departments and contribute to solution-oriented collaboration. You actively contribute your ideas and support the continuous optimisation of processes and procedures in our claims department. What you bring Ideally, you have experience in the inpatient claims area of a health insurance company. You have a basic medical education (e.g. pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FaGe, nursing specialist) and/or a commercial education. You hold a federal specialist certificate as a health insurance specialist or social insurance specialist. You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written; a second national language (French or Italian) is mandatory, English skills are an advantage.
