Assistant Bar Manager (m/f/d)

Leading and motivating the bar team to ensure the highest service standards and promote a positive working environment

Quality and service control of drinks, food, and product presentation as well as maintaining customer feedback and regular customer data

Supporting the Bar Manager with menus and drink lists, workflows, and administrative tasks (orders, inventories, checklists)

Professional guest service including advice, complaint management, and specialized care of the cigar lounge for an exclusive service experience

Expertise and attention to detail in spirits, cocktails, wines, and cigars as well as compliance with hotel, LQA, and hygiene standards

Several years of national or international experience in upscale bars or in F&B management in the 5-star segment

Proven leadership qualities and experience in a managerial position, ideally as a Bar Assistant or comparable

Excellent expertise in spirits, cocktails, wines, food, and allergens as well as basic knowledge in cigar service

Fluent German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage

Professional appearance, high flexibility, resilience, and good IT skills (e.g., Micros, Mirus, Microsoft Office)
