Senior Scientist

You will work in the area of sterile filtration, filling line II / V and pasteurization and support the head of the department and his area managers.  You can expect a varied range of tasks. In addition, the area also offers opportunities for further development.

Your main tasks include:

• Support with operational tasks within the area
• Management and implementation of operational projects for the continuous improvement of processes within the area
• Support with deviation investigations and their actions in the quality management system
• Creation or updating of procedures and recipes in plant control
• Support during audits and regulatory inspections
• Close collaboration with internal and external partners from maintenance, automation, quality, and other interfaces

You bring the following qualifications and professional experience:

• Completed studies in the scientific or technical field (FH/university)
• Professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in a GMP environment
• Independent working style, quick comprehension in handling new topics
• Ability to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview in hectic situations
• Proactive personality who understands how to deal with uncertainties, questions existing processes, and contributes suggestions
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves their stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
