For our "New Construction D-CH" unit within the "Buildings" division in the Zurich region, we are looking for a person who thinks holistically about projects and takes responsibility.
As a Project Manager Proposals (m/f/d), you will take on the strategic and operational leadership of proposal projects in the building construction sector (GU/TU/EPC). The following tasks await you at your workplace headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon :
What you will achieve
- You lead complex proposal projects in the field of plant and industrial construction strategically and operationally
- You develop decision-making bases for management up to C-level
- You lead interdisciplinary proposal teams and manage the entire acquisition process
- You know and apply existing methods and adapt them flexibly to customer needs
- You develop business plans and proposal strategies with the aim of successful project acquisition
- You negotiate with partners, customers and stakeholders and convince with well-thought-out concepts
- You create and present convincing proposals with an entrepreneurial mindset
Why you will succeed
- A technical degree, ideally in mechanical/plant engineering
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the industrial and plant construction sector in comparable roles
- Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and drive them forward in a structured manner
- Analytical thinking combined with a strong will to implement
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Communication skills and negotiation expertise
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic action
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
